Due to excessive rainfall, the drainage systems outside the classrooms were overflowed, resulting in water seeping underneath the doors and causing damage to the carpet flooring and other building materials. It is recommended that a hygienist be engaged to assess the situation and compile a Scope of Work (SOW), as this incident constitutes a Category 3 (CAT3) storm water damage event. Upon initial inspection, the following damages were observed.
