Water Remediation Job – 01

We have successfully completed a challenging restoration project addressing a slow leak within a shower that had been affecting multiple areas in the house.

Project Details:

Issue: A slow leak within the shower.
Affected Areas: Hallway, master bedroom, and laundry.
Discovery: The customer noticed swollen skirting & discolored wall linings .
Inspection: After a thorough inspection, we identified and rectified the long-standing leak in the shower base.
Solution: In discussion with the customer, we proposed a SOW (Scope of Work) with minimal destruction.
Execution: We conducted targeted drying efficiently, minimizing disruptions and allowing the customer to stay in their home.
